Powerful insights about your followers on Twitter

The SocialBro insights report provides you with twitter statistics that are essential to helping you manage your twitter account effectively.

This section provides you with insights about your followers, friends or another useful criteria e.g. friends who don't follow you back and allows you to see your community in charts. You can also use SocialBro to see the stats of your competitors twitter accounts, a list or a search and you are given the opportunity to export the report to PDF.

The languages and time zone graphs show you which languages it could be useful to be tweeting in and how many of your followers are in the same time zone as you.

There is a pie chart to show you how many of your followers have a default or custom avatar. To have the best quality of followers you would want 100% custom as this shows they are active Twitter users, with a display picture being important to influential users and many non- genuine accounts still having the custom avatar.

The profiles with web URLs chart shows the amount of followers who have URLs on their Twitter profiles. This can show you the amount of professional followers you have.

The privacy and verified users charts are another way to see the percentage of followers who are professionals and therefore are more influential/ have a larger reach.

The location map shows the location of your followers around the world and therefore who you should be targeting e.g. if you are a local business.

The users by number of followers, users by number of friends and the ratio of followers to friends bar charts clearly show you how influential your followers are and therefore your potential reach (how many people can see retweets, favourites, replies and mentions). The ratio of followers to friends bar chart can also be useful when determining whether to unfollow a friend or not.

The users by time since last tweet and the users by tweets per day graphs show how active your followers, friends ect are. Again this shows you who you should be targeting (more active users) or potentially unfollow (inactive users).

The insights section also gives you the opportunity to view the bio tag clouds for the selected source i.e. what people have listed they are interested in or is important to them, giving you ideas for content of future messages.

All of the charts and graphs in the insights section therefore provide you with powerful data about your Twitter community about any source you want to analyze.
