Twitter is all about communicating with people and engaging in conversation. When you engage with so many people it’s easy to lose track of these interactions. You may find that sometimes a particular profile looks familiar but you’re not sure if you’ve previously made contact. Using SocialBro it’s possible to keep track of all these conversations. Use tags and notes to identify users of interest and make sure you’re always on top of your Twitter interaction.
1. Select Latest interactions from the Engagement section of the top menu bar.
2. A sidebar with three tabs opens up on the left of the screen where you can see all your interaction Tweets, the Tweets of those who mentioned you, and those who you mentioned in your Tweets.
3. To see the latest interactions between you and one specific user click the blue @ in the bottom right corner of the user card.
4. Hover over each Tweet to reply, Retweet or favorite. Click Export to export your interactions to an excel file.
Another way to keep track of your latest interactions is using the My influencers and I influence widgets on the dashboard. My Influencers are the people who have influenced you in some way, either because you’ve mentioned them or you’ve Retweeted them. The users who have mentioned or Retweeted you appear in the I Influence widget.
These widgets are automatically updated every 24 hours so you can track interactions and the evolution of the account on a daily basis. If you need to look further back through your timeline then you can modify the time frame of the information the widgets show using the calendar.
There are busy moments when it is impossible to follow or to reply in real-time, due to the sheer number of people interacting with you. Use this calendar filter in order to keep tabs on your influencers and not lose track of the people you want to connect with.
